- How can I best advocate for my child? Remember that you are part of a team. Your are working with your school, teachers, counselors, and administrators to help your child succeed. - Is there an age limit to enroll? There are no age restrictions. We enroll students as young as 6 and as “mature” as 60. It is never too early. It is never too late.
- Do you have office hours? Yes. Our offices are open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
- Do you have on-line services? Yes. All of our services are remote.
- Do you offer Saturday sessions? Yes, but they are limited and often there is a waitlist.
- Do you offer adults learning? Yes. It is never too early. It is never too late to learn to read.
- Can I talk with a person when I call? Yes. Let’s talk.
- Who can enroll? We do not require formal testing or diagnosis to enroll. Any struggling reader or student with dyslexia is welcome at JUMP Reading.
- How do I enroll my student? The first step is to schedule a parent consultation. Consultations can be scheduled by phone or email. This is a good time for us to learn about your student and create a plan for instruction.
- What are the tuition costs? Tuition is based on the enrollment package you select.
- Do I need educational testing or a dyslexic diagnosis to schedule a consultation? No. We can help all struggling readers.
- What can I expect from a consultation? In a one-hour, parent-only meeting, we will hear your child’s story, provide insight, and develop a plan to meet your child’s needs.
