How we can help

No formal diagnosis or testing is needed for your consultation. We’ll discuss reading challenges you or your student experiences.
We’ll learn about the current learning process, any classroom feedback, testing results and any specific worries you have.
From here, we’ll develop a high-level individualized reading intervention plan.
We promise by the end of the consultation, you’ll be feeling confident, supported and maybe even excited!
Consultations are free of charge.
When you’re ready to JUMP, we can set up your reading intervention with one of our friendly, expert team members.
Interventions consist of two, one-hour each, individual sessions per week moving at the student’s learning pace.
We use the evidence-based Orton-Gillingham Approach, which is proven to be highly effective for students with dyslexia. The Orton-Gillingham also benefits all struggling readers.

We’re committed to helping each student overcome their learning barriers and be able to skillfully read and spell. And of course, we celebrate all their successes!
It’s not just the act of learning to read and write that can be difficult for struggling readers. It can also feel challenging to develop effective study techniques and processes.
That’s why we individualize our supplemental organization and study skills packages. Each package is created to fit our students’ learning style.
We provide some general support sources in our Resource Library. But, we can also create specific packages once we get to know the student.
Before you know it, studying is going to feel a lot less stressful and a lot more fun!
You don’t have to advocate for your child alone!!
We can help you work with your school to get your child tested, set up an IEP and 504 plan, or revise an existing plan. Together, we will work with your school to help get the interventions and accommodations your child's needs!
