Why We Do It

  • Only 35% of US children are reading proficiently by third grade. Your child is not alone.
  • Our economy requires that 9 out of 10 people be literate. Let us help your child be one of the nine.
  • Children learn to read by 3rd grade. Then they read to learn. Yes. All students can learn to read.
  • A third grader reading below grade level only has a 1 in 6 chance of catching up with peers. Let us help your child be the one in 6.
